The history of Carribbean people tends to focus for the most part, on immigration and race, however, this book, Bristish Caribbean Enterprises, has placed this field into a new orbit. Drawing on primary and secondary sources, Dr Christopher A Johnsobn has completed the first book on the Black Caribbean Capital SME sector spanning a century. It profiles over 200 cases of commercial firms and social enterprises, combined most of which remains outside mainstream of British society.
